Center for Women in Law Leader Margaret Shannon was elected to the board of directors of Quanta Services Inc., a Houston-based electrical specialty contractor.
Margaret was the Vice President and General Counsel of BJ Services Company, a corporation specializing in international oilfield services, from 1994 to 2010. Previously she served as partner at the Houston office of Andrews Kurth LLP. Margaret is currently a member of the board of Matador Energy Resources Company in Houston and is active in several non-profit organizations.
