Lisa Genecov, ’84

Lisa Genecov concentrates on healthcare, securities, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  She has extensive experience counseling various medical providers and healthcare professionals on a variety of issues, including formation of healthcare networks, joint ventures and management services organizations, and choice of entity and governance matters.  She represents hospitals and other healthcare providers in connection with contracting, HIPAA privacy, compliance, and other regulatory issues.  In addition, Ms. Genecov has substantial experience with buy/sell arrangements, sale and purchase of healthcare entities and professional practices, professional services agreements, employment and management services agreements, acquisition and disposition transactions, and equity and debt offerings.
