Darryl Carter is partner at Carter & Bachynsky, LLP where his practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in business and employment litigation.  Since graduating from The University of Texas School of Law in 1984, he has tried a broad range of civil cases before judges, juries, and arbitration panels.  Darryl’s noteworthy trial results include serving as lead trial counsel in a month-long federal jury case that ended with a $72.6 million verdict in favor of his client, and trying as co-counsel an arbitration proceeding in which the panel of arbitrators awarded Darryl’s clients royalties capped at $300 million.  Darryl is listed among the “Best Lawyers in America” and “Texas Super Lawyers,” and his firm is rated by U.S. News & World Report as a first-tier “Best Law Firm” in Houston.
