Steve DeWolf has over 30 years of experience as a lawyer. He is licensed to practice in both Texas and California. He has tried cases in state and federal courts in Texas and has successfully argued appeals in both the state and federal judicial systems. His litigation experience spans real estate, personal injury, commercial disputes, employment, and civil rights issues. He has participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations, ranging from small amounts in controversy to significant, complex matters. DeWolf is “AV” peer-review rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyer every year since 2005. DeWolf co-authored the first Texas wind law textbook published by LexisNexis-Matthew Bender in April 2011. He is also an adjunct professor in the Center for Global Energy, International Arbitration, and Environmental Law at the University of Texas Law School where he teaches a seminar on wind law. DeWolf received his BA, Phi Beta Kappa with Highest Honors, from the University of Texas at Austin, and his JD, with Honors, from the Law School.
