Human Rights Courses at UT
If you are a student interested in learning more about human rights, try taking a course in a relevant subject. The lists are by no means exclusive, and we welcome suggestions from both students and faculty on other relevant courses. We have organized our human rights-related courses by degree level:
Bridging Disciplines Program: Concentration in Human Rights
The Rapoport Center collaborated with the Bridging Disciplines Program (BDP) to create an undergraduate human rights concentration within the program. For more information, please visit the BDP website.
Human Rights Concentration in Latin American Studies
This graduate concentration in the master's program of the Teresa Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies trains students in the field of human rights by providing a multidisciplinary array of courses that consider the history, theory, rhetoric, and doctrine of human rights. Clinical Programs at the UT School of Law
As a part of its focus on service-learning, the Bernard and Audre Rapoport Center for Human Rights and Justice works closely with several of the Law School's ten human- and civil rights-related clinical programs.
