Undergraduate Students
The Rapoport Center promotes undergraduate interest and involvement in issues concerning human rights and justice. We would like to encourage undergraduates to join our multidisciplinary human rights community by attending our events and taking advantage of our academic, research, and practical work opportunities.
UT student panelists discuss "Student Activism" at the Rapoport Center's fifth annual conference, "Human Rights at UT: A Diaolgue at the Intersection of Academics and Advocacy. Panelists include Nikishka Iyengar, Chief Operating Officer and International Projects Director, Nourish International-Austin; Jaclyn Markovich, Communications student; Abhishek Nakarmi, Vice President of OxfamUT; Charlotte Nunes, English graduate student; and Alejandra Olivas-Davila, UTEP Philosophy graduate student and Co-Leader of Amnesty International UTEP.
