In the pursuit of equal justice for all, the William Wayne Justice Center for Public Interest Law develops and administers important programs for the Law School community:
• Research projects, conferences and lectures on legal topics affecting the underserved
• Expanded academic internship courses giving students hands-on public service experience
• Speakers, scholarships, summer stipends, and post-graduate fellowships for students/alumni engaged in public interest work
• Awards to student and attorney leaders in pro bono, government service, and public interest law
• A public interest scholar-in-residence program
• Orientation programs about increasing access to justice
• Pro bono projects for students, faculty and alumni through the Pro Bono Program
