Clinic students have been assisting GNDC with a broad array of transactional legal matters to assist the nonprofit with its mission of providing affordable housing in Central East Austin. The Clinic’s work has included reviewing lending documents, preparing real estate contracts, and drafting documents for a community land trust.

Hispanic Alliance for the Performing Arts
The Clinic helped HAPA with a range of legal matters to launch a new nonprofit and deliver music education to low-income children. The Clinic’s legal work included drafting incorporation documents, assisting with intellectual property protections, preparing employment contracts, and regulatory services.

Margarita’s Tortilla Factory
Margarita’s Tortilla Factory is an Austin-area small business that produces flour and corn tortillas and tamales using traditional recipes with natural and organic ingredients. The Clinic helped the client form a limited liability company, prepared a bilingual employee handbook, and counseled the client on a distribution agreement with a third party.

Articulture Designs is an Austin-based business creating landscape designs and interior home products that elevate plant design to art.
