The SBA is the student government at the school of law. All law students are members of the SBA and elect the members of the SBA Board of Governors. The Board acts as a liaison between the student body and the law school administration and the U. of Texas student government and administration. The President appoints student members of the various committees that govern the school of law. SBA appropriates money to other student organizations, plans social and charity events, promotes the school of law, manages the lockers in Townes Hall, and various other functions.
