Bryan L. Goolsby
Council of Past Presidents
A Dallas native, Bryan L. Goolsby is the Executive Chairman of Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP, practicing in corporate and securities law. Mr. Goolsby’s experience includes representing corporations and underwriters in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities; representing purchasers and sellers of both public and private entities; and advising and representing boards and board committees. He is active in legislative matters on behalf of certain industry groups.
Mr. Goolsby received his J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law in 1977, became a Certified Public Accountant in Texas in 1977, and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting, with honors, from Texas Tech University in 1973.
Mr. Goolsby is a member of local, state and American bar associations. He serves as a Director on the Associate Board of Directors for the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University; Associate Member, Board of Governors, NAREIT; Member, JPMorgan Chase Dallas Region Advisory Board; Member, Pension Real Estate Association; and Member, National Multi-Family Housing Association.
