How to Generate a Resume Book on UT Law Symplicity
  • Log in to UT Law Symplicity. Reminder: Your user name is your complete e-mail address.
  • Select [Job Bank] from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
  • Select the [Student Applications] tab. If you have more than one position posted, choose the appropriate position from the pull-down menu and hit the “Search” button.
  • To select all of the applicants, click on the "+" in the first column. All of the check boxes should now be filled in. If you would rather select individual applicants, click on individual check box next to the applicant’s name.
  • Besides “Batch Options,” select the “Generate Book” button.
  • If you like, you can enter another optional name for your publication.
  • Select the application materials you have requested. Please note that you will only be able to select those documents that were originally requested for the job posting.
  • Select the type of table of contents you prefer.
  • Hit the "Submit Request" button to generate your resume book. An e-mail will be sent to you once the PDF has been created.
