The University of Texas School of Law has joined Law School Connect, a nationwide membership network providing remote interviewing capabilities to law schools, law firms, nonprofits, and judges together through videoconferencing. Law School Connect provides membership options at reasonable rates, and non-member network access at hourly rates. Judges have free access to the network for judicial clerkship and internship interviews.
In order to participate in a videoconference, you must have
a microphone and camera and be able to connect via IP or ISDN phone line. Public videoconference rooms are also available using the Remote Counsel Network of public rooms.
Videoconferencing is available throughout the year with limited availabilility during on-campus interviews.
