Public Service Law Network Worldwide (PSLawNet)

The University of Texas School of Law is a founding member of PSLawNet, a valuable resource for finding job opportunities in the public service sector. This Web site contains an enormous database of job postings with public service employers such as legal service providers, public policy advocates, and government agencies. Opportunities range from temporary internships to entry-level positions to postgraduate fellowships.

How to use PSLawNet
Follow these instructions for your initial search of PSLawNet job opportunities:

  1. Go to www.pslawnet.org and click on "Job Seekers" under the "New User" heading.
  2. Follow the prompts to create your account.
  3. Complete your registration by clicking on the link contained in the activation e-mail.
  4. Enter your new username and password. 
  5. Click on “Search Opportunities” to search for jobs.
  6. Narrow your search according to practice area, organization type, location, or other factors.
  7. We also recommend that you do an organizational search to see a list of public service organizations in your practice or geographic area.  To do this, click on "Search" Organizations” after you log on.
