Mock Interviews with CSO Career Counselors
In addition, our career counselors are always available to conduct mock interviews that will allow you to practice your interviewing skills. Mock interviews with career counselors are videotaped and students will be able to take home a CD-R of their performance.
To set up a mock interview with a career counselor, stop by the CSO or call 512-232-1150. Be sure to let us know which employer you would like us to "represent" for you. We ask that you dress professionally as you would for a real interview on the day of your mock interview.
Mock Interview Program

Each spring the CSO presents a Mock Interview Program where attorneys from law firms, corporate and public service sectors come on campus to provide mock interviews with 1L students prior to Spring OCI. If interview slots remain available, the CSO will notify 2Ls and 3Ls that they may register as well.
Remember, practice makes perfect!
