FALL 2008 CALENDAR

  • October 14: Ten Questions You Should Ask Yourself Before Choosing a Practice Area
  • November 6: "Cocktails & Conversation" Mentor Reception

During the summer you can show your worth to a legal employer with the hopes that you will receive an offer for permanent employment. For all practical purposes, your summer job should be viewed as an extended interview. Keep in mind that you need to be professional not only with partners and attorneys, but with clients and support staff as well. Be professional at all times, both in regards to your substantive work and your social behavior.
