The University of Texas School of Law offers a merit-based financial aid matching program for admitted students who have received financial aid packages from selected law schools.
Through this program, the University of Texas School of Law will award scholarship packages so that the admitted applicant's student contribution and educational loans for attending the University of Texas Law School are equal to or lower than the amounts offered by other law schools.
To apply for a scholarship package through this program, please submit a copy of your Financial Aid Notification (FAN) or similar official document and the amount of grants, scholarships, and loans offered from the Law School:
The University of Texas School of LawYour submission should be postmarked no later than May 1, 2008. The number of awards granted through this program will be limited by the amount of funding available each year, so prospective students are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
