My Law School Application
To obtain a copy of your law school application, please come by the SAO to fill out the appropriate form and pay the $2 fee. You may also request a copy in writing; please include the $2 fee ($2.50 and address/fax # if you want it mailed or faxed), full name, UT EID, dates of attendance, graduation date, phone number and a signature.
Students may also request a copy of the first page of their LSDAS report for a $2 fee.
