For all others (including graduates):

The Student Affairs Office provides unofficial transcripts only.

To obtain an official transcript, please contact the Registrar's Office in the Main Building, Rm. 1. You can also call the Registrar's Office at (512) 475-7689 and order the official transcript over the phone with a credit card, or go to the Registrar's website at http://www.utexas.edu/student/registrar/transcripts/.

Costs of transcripts are shown on the chart below.

To order a transcript, please provide a written, signed request for the document:

• Send a signed letter that includes the student's name, UT EID, date of birth, phone number, date of graduation, and address or fax number to which the student would like us to send the transcript. The letter must be accompanied by a check or money order for the appropriate amount ($2.50 per address or fax number, per batch up to ten copies) made to The University of Texas. Alternatively, they may indicate that they will pick up the transcript at our window, and make payment at that time. Sorry, we do not accept credit card payments.
