My Transcripts
The Student Affairs Office provides unofficial transcripts only. If you wish to obtain an official transcript, please contact the Registrar's Office in the Main Building, Rm. 1. You can also call the Registrar's Office at (512) 475-7689 and order the official transcript over the phone with a credit card, or go to the Registrar's website at http://www.utexas.edu/student/registrar/transcripts/.
If you are a current student, you can download your unofficial transcript.
For all others, including alumni, you must provide a written, signed request for your unofficial transcript. You may visit the Student Affairs Office to use the form we provide, or you may order by mail. There is a $2 fee to pick up in person, or a $2.50 fee to mail or fax as you specify. We do not accept credit card payments. You may order up to ten copies per request. If mailing your request, please send a signed letter that includes your name, UT EID, date of birth, phone number, date of graduation, and address or fax number to send the transcript. The letter must be accompanied by a check or money order for the appropriate amount made out to the University of Texas.
