Craig Bennett has taught Texas Administrative Law since 2007. He is a Master Administrative Law Judge with the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings, a position he has held since 2000. Prior to becoming an Administrative Law Judge, he was in private practice in Dallas and Austin as a litigator in the areas of employment, civil rights, governmental liability, and environmental law. He also serves as a mediator, and has received his basic mediation certification from the Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution at the University of Texas. He is a former Exam Commissioner for the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and has been a guest lecturer at Xiamen University Law School in Xiamen, China, and at various Advanced Administrative Law Seminars.
