Mark Kincaid is a partner with Kincaid & Horton, LLP. He is board-certified in Civil Trial Law, Consumer & Commercial Law, and Civil Appellate Law. Mr. Kincaid represents consumers and businesses in insurance and deceptive trade practice litigation, and business disputes. He is co-author of the Texas Practice Guide: Insurance Litigation.
