Professor Spitzer is on both the faculties of Law and Business at the University of Texas, and has been so since July 2010. Prior to that Professor Spitzer was Professor of Social Science at Caltech and Professor of Law at the University of Southern California. From 2000 to 2006 Professor Spitzer served as the Dean of the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California. At the University of Texas he serves as Director of the Massey Prize in Law, Innovation and Capital Markets and also as the Director of the Center for Law, Business and Economics.
