Submissions

Attorneys interested in submitting a manuscript for publication should contact the Solicitation Editor of the Journal.  Manuscripts for publication must be typed double-spaced with footnotes placed at the end of the manuscripts as endnotes.  Manuscripts must be provided electronically in MS Word.  (PC-compatible floppy disks are appreciated.)

Subscriptions

Membership -- Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section
If you would like to join the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section, which includes a subscription to the Journal:

From June 1 through September 1:
Mail a completed copy of the order form and a check for $20.00, made payable to "The State Bar of Texas" to:

After September 1, but before June 1:
Mail a completed copy of the order form, with a copy of your check for $20.00, made payable to the "Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section -- State Bar of Texas" to:

and mail the original of your check and a copy of your completed form to:

Memberships expire May 31 of each year, regardless of the date of application.

Associate Member -- Environmental and Natural Resources Section
If you are not a member of the bar, but would like to be an associate member of the section and receive the Journal:
