TIPLJ’s online Issue Archives have been fully updated with verified citations, author information, and abstracts for all 17 volumes of the Journal. Past authors include Professors Mark Lemley, Neil Netanel, and Paul Janicke; then-Texas Attorney General Dan Morales; and attorneys from Baker Botts, Cravath, Swaine & Moore, Fish & Richardson, Fulbright, Greenberg Traurig, Howrey, Knobbe Martens, Latham & Watkins, Morrison & Foerster, Ropes & Gray, Sidley Austin, V&E, Weil Gotshal & Manges, and Wilson Sonsini. TIPLJ would like to congratulate Leisa Peschel, author of Revisiting the Compromise of 35 U.S.C. § 287(c). Her article, which was published in Volume 16, Issue 2, was judged one of the best intellectual property law review articles published in 2008 and was selected for inclusion in the 2009 edition of the Intellectual Property Law Review, an anthology published annually by the Thomson West Group of New York.

TIPLJ hosted the Tenth Annual Intellectual Property Law Symposium on February 6, 2009 at The University of Texas School of Law. The keynote speaker was Mr. Tom Reger of Fish & Richardson P.C. The program also included an academic panel of professors, a judicial panel of federal judges, and the editor of Patently-O. Participants earned up to 6.75 hours MCLE, including one hour of ethics credit.
