Abstract:
In this article dealing with products liability, Professor Weintraub analyzes the exclusion of warranties and the limitation or exclusion of damages for breach of warranty under the UCC. The article is a methodical exposition of the sections of the UCC relevant to Professor Weintraub’s topic, with an aim to aiding the products liability practitioner in dealing with questions of great complexity and difficulty.
