Abstract:
In this Book Review, reviews a book chronicling Judge Griffin Bell’s tenure as attorney general. He describes the book as “tremendously readable and enjoyable.” The review recounts some of the amusing anecdotes contained in the book and then proceeds to a discussion of the books “outline of the interplay of overregulation, excessive bureaucracy, and overreliance on the courts.”
