Article:
Arthur Earl Bonfield, State Law in the Teaching of
Administrative Law: A Critical Analysis of the Status Quo,
61 TEXAS L. REV. 95 (1982).
Abstract:
In this Article, Professor Bonfield argues that law school
courses in administrative law focus too heavily on federal law
and ignore state administrative law. Bonfield urges faculty to
teach and study state administrative law in order to gain
important insights that the field offers and to offer their
students more “real world” studies that will assist them in
their future careers.
