Abstract:
In this Book Review, Professor Schroeder and Judge Frank discuss the usefulness of Professors Wright, Miller, and Cooper’s treatise. They reveal the results of informal surveys they took to determine both the quality and usefulness of the treatise. They conclude that the treatise is extremely useful and does an excellent job summarizing the current law regarding federal jurisdiction.
