Injury, 71 Texas L. Rev. 401 (1992).
Abstract:
While admitting that there is room to quarrel with the notion
that the libel-proof plaintiff doctrine has no basis in the
First Amendment, the author argues that the doctrine is
supported by basic tort law principles and policies that should
be viewed as applicable to the entire body of libel law.
