WRITE-ON COMPETITION

Texas Law Review members will next be selected through a process beginning in the Spring of 2008. The write-on packet will be available in the Law Review office and online in PDF format on May 14th at 9 AM. Students will have two weeks to write an essay (8 pages max.) based on the packet.

In an effort to be as open as possible at the write-on process, we have posted previous write-on packets along with sample essays written based on the packets. These essays are SAMPLES, not models, and are supplied only to illustrate a few of the many approaches available when composing the write-on essay.
