On February 1-2, 2008, leading scholars in the fields of environmental law, administrative law, risk assessment, science and sociology gathered in Austin for the annual Texas Law Review symposium entitled, Harnessing the Power of Information for the Next Generation of Environmental Law. The Symposium, hosted in conjunction with University of Texas Law Professors Lynn Blais, Thomas McGarity, and Wendy Wagner highlighted technological and scholarly breakthroughs in information technology and regulation and evaluated the implications of these breakthroughs for the future of environmental regulation. Participants' submissions will be published in the Texas Law Review, Volume 86, Issue 7 (June 2008).
