The Texas Review of
Entertainment & Sports Law (TRESL) discusses the
fields of entertainment and sports related to the
intersection of law and society. TRESL publishes
articles written by judges, lawyers, professors, and
students that report and comment on existing law, as
well as suggesting new avenues of growth for the
law.

in mid-December 2006, and it is now available
online at Lexis and Westlaw, as well as through
