Symposium
The Review of Litigation will host a symposium on Thursday and Friday, March 27 and 28, to explore issues surrounding civil litigation and terrorism. The symposium, Terror on Trial: Civil Litigation and the War in Terror, hopes to start a new conversation about the war on terror—moving away from Guantanamo and Habeas Corpus and toward traditional claims for damages. We will be bringing together renowned scholars, practitioners, and judges in the field for what promises to be an exciting event. The symposium will take place in the Eidman Courtroom at The University of Texas School of Law.
