The Review of Litigation Volume 29 Symposium
On February 5, 2010, The Review of Litigation will host our annual symposium at the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. This year's symposium is entitled "White Collar Crime and the Changing Corporate Environment" and is presented by Vinson & Elkins LLP.
The symposium will explore the evolution of white collar crime and factors affecting this area. Practicing judges, U.S. Attorneys, corporate general counsel, defense attorneys, and civil litigators have been invited to discuss changes in the area of white collar crime. Symposium panel topics tentatively include: "Economic Conditions and Legislative Impact on White Collar Crime," "Internal Investiagions: When to Seek Outside Counsel," and "White Collar Crime Prosecution."
