Professor Justin Driver to give presentation on “The Constitutional Conservatism of the Warren Court” at Junior Faculty Forum at Harvard Law School, June 1, 2012

Justin Driver, an assistant professor at the Law School, will give a presentation on “The Constitutional Conservatism of the Warren Court” at the Junior Faculty Forum at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on June 1, 2012. The Junior Faculty Forum—formerly the Stanford/Yale Junior Faculty Forum—is sponsored by the Harvard, Stanford, and Yale Law Schools, “ to encourage the work of junior scholars by providing experience in the pursuit of scholarship and the nature of the scholarly exchange.” Its meetings are held each spring, alternating between Yale, Stanford, and Harvard.
