We wholeheartedly agree with the Supreme Court's emphasis on the importance of making legal education accessible to "talented and qualified individuals of every race and ethnicity." We pursued that goal vigorously when Hopwood was the rule, and we will continue to pursue that goal vigorously now that Hopwood has been struck down.
