AUSTIN, Texas — The Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal will present its 6th annual symposium, “Bridging Today’s Ideas with Tomorrow’s Innovations,” on Thurs., Feb. 3, at The University of Texas School of Law.
The conference will address a variety of “hot topics” in intellectual property such as distributed patent infringement, identity and privacy in cyberspace, lump sum royalties, effective use of declaratory patent claims, and intellectual property rights in bankruptcy.
The invited speakers include distinguished practitioners and scholars from across the nation.
