COST: Free to the public; there is a registration fee for CLE credit.
CLE: 6.75 credits, registration fee $40.00.

AUSTIN, Texas — The Review of Litigation will present its annual symposium “Litigation in the Digital Age” on Thursday March 10, 2005 and Friday March 11, 2005.

The Symposium will include lectures on “The Escalating Copyright Wars”, “Digital Media as Evidence and Evidence as Media”, and “E-Discovery Help May Be on the Way”. The entire symposium agenda is available here.

The speakers and panelists include distinguished scholars and practitioners from throughout the United States. Participating scholars include Professor Ronald Mann from The University of Texas School of Law, Professor Peter Yu of Michigan State University College of Law, Professor Adam Mossoff of Michigan State University College of Law, and Professor Anne Bartow of University of South Carolina College of Law. Participating practitioners include Samuel Guiberson of The Guiberson Law Firm and John M. Barkett of Shook, Hardy, and Bacon, L.L.P.
