AUSTIN, Texas ― The University of Texas School of Law will host the Alexander Watkins Terrell Centennial Lectureship featuring Yale University law professor John H. Langbein on Thurs., Feb. 23 at 2 p.m. in the Law School’s Sheffield Room.
Langbein’s talk is titled “Understanding the Death of the Private Pension Plan in the United States.” Langbein is the Sterling Professor of Law and Legal History at Yale Law School. He teaches and writes in four fields: trust and estate law, pension and employee benefit law, Anglo-American and European legal history, and modern comparative law.
