AUSTIN, Texas—Texas Law Fellowships will hold its annual Fall Auction at Cedar Street Courtyard on Thursday, Oct. 12, to raise money to fund summer fellowships for UT Law students who provide much-needed legal work for public interest organizations. The event will begin at 6 p.m. with the live auction running from about 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., and a silent auction closing out around 8:30 p.m.
For the advance admission price of $10 ($12 at the door), attendees have the opportunity to bid in both the live and silent auction for a variety of items, including a bar review course, gourmet dinners with law professors, lake cruises, entertainment packages, and an Apple iPod.
Texas Law Fellowships is a student-run, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has funded hundreds of students working in public interest since its founding in 1986.
