Professor Mitch Berman leads Colloquium on Constitutional and Legal Theory

Professor Mitch Berman, the Bernard J. Ward Centennial Professor in Law, has announced the spring 2008 lineup for UT Law’s Colloquium on Constitutional and Legal Theory. This colloquium offers an opportunity for students and faculty to read and discuss cutting-edge scholarship in American constitutional theory and related fields by leading theorists from the United States and abroad.

For the spring semester 2008, the Colloquium will be taught by Professor Berman, joined by a different member of the UT Law faculty for each two-week segment. All law faculty, along with faculty from other UT schools and departments, are warmly invited to participate. However, because the two hours will be principally devoted to discussion, with only limited introductory remarks, participants are expected to have read the papers in advance.
