Professor Henry Hu interviewed by CNN on derivatives and the SEC’s Division of Risk, Strategy, and Financial Innovation

Professor Henry Hu, the director of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s newly-created Division of Risk, Strategy, and Financial Innovation, appeared on CNN, CNN International, and CNN Headline News on March 10–11, 2010, with respect to the Division’s efforts to address problems posed by complex new financial products.
