Delta Theta Phi: What Happened?!

THE HISTORY OF DELTA THETA PHI

Delta Theta Phi was founded in 1900 and is one of the leading professional law fraternities in the world.  Although Delta Theta Phi originally started out as a "Fraternity," it has become an internationally recognized association of law students and professionals, who come together to form both personal friendships and professional relationships.  Members of Delta Theta Phi are distinguished members in government, business, international affairs, the judiciary, and the practice of law.

Delta Theta Phi has over 100 active senates, over 100 alumni senates, and has more than 100,000 members.  Senates of Delta Theta Phi have been established at law schools around the world.  The Sam Houston Senate was established at the University of Texas School of Law in 1916 and is the oldest law fraternity in Texas.
