Carlos Carrasco

Carlos Carrasco, ’14 serves as one of CHLSA’s 1L Reps. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso, where he attained degrees in both Economics and Finance. In 2011, Carlos also worked for the Texas Eighth District Court of Appeals as a Deputy Clerk and was an active member of the Court Appointed Special Advocates program.
