Lavender Law Conference and Career Fair
Each year, OUTLaw sends a contingent of students to the Lavender Law® Conference and Career Fair. The annual three-day conference, hosted in different cities each year by the National LGBT Bar Association, brings together the best and brightest legal minds in the LGBT community. According to the Association, the conference draws more than 1,200 attendees and features more than 35 workshops and panel discussions.
At panels and workshops, practitioners, legal scholars, and members of the judiciary present on cutting edge legal issues affecting LGBT individuals, families, and the LGBT community. Additionally, the career fair, generally held on the first day of the conference, draws more than 500 students and features more than 130 recruiters.
