Letters of Good Standing & Enrollment Verification

Upon request, the Student Affairs Office will provide correspondence to interested parties regarding your enrollment, graduation and academic standing. These are some of the concerns that students may need addressed: obtaining credits from another school, health insurance, student loans, employment, application to an association, participation in a program, applying to the LLM Program, and loan consolidation.

Proof of enrollment can be certified after the 12th class day of the fall and spring semesters, and the fourth class day of a summer session. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to complete your verification of enrollment or letter of good standing.

To request a letter from Student Affairs, or to request enrollment verification, complete the request form and submit it in person, by mail or fax (see left), or by email attachment. Required information in order to process your request includes your name, UT EID, phone number, and your signature.
