Description
This writing seminar is designed to explore the linkages between international trade, environmental protection, and human rights. It will focus on disputes involving environmental and human rights issues in the WTO, NAFTA and other trade agreements. Students will be required to prepare and present a substantial written paper. Prior coursework in international law, environmental law, or human rights law is helpful, but not required.
