Description
The rules of evidence. Materials include the Federal Rules of Evidence and cases and notes.
Evidence for Nonlitigators is the same course as Evidence (Short Course), 2 credits. Students may not take this course if they have previously taken any other Evidence course (Law 283, 383 or 483).
