Description
This course will analyze theories of liability and defense in the area of construction litigation, with particular emphasis on Texas law.  It involves participation in several case studies, which will include extensive discussion of the practical aspects of commercial construction litigation, including disputes involving public construction.  Construction Law is a prerequisite.
