This course is restricted to upper division students only.
This course will introduce basic principles of finance and will present applications of corporate finance to legal issues. The course will cover topics such as net present value, risk quantification, capital asset pricing model, and market efficiency. Legal issues relating to securities litigation and mergers and acquisitions will be discussed.
