Health care is 1/6th of the U.S. economy and growing. We spend more on health care than any other country as a percentage of GDP, yet the U.S. does not perform very well on a number of overall outcome measures.
Related Course Areas
We will survey three important areas within the sprawling field of health law: Medical Malpractice, Health Care Insurance and Financing, and Regulation of Health Care Organizations.
